Terms and Conditions

BY ACCESSING USING, VIEWING, TRANSMITTING, CACHING OR STORING THIS SITE OR ANY OF ITS SERVICES, FUNCTIONS OR CONTENTS, YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE AGREED TO EACH AND ALL THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES IN THIS SITE ("AGREEMENT") WITHOUT MODIFICATION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE CEASE USE OF THE SITE AND LEAVE THE SITE IMMEDIATELY.


Site Terms

You may only use this Site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this Site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

You agree that You will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device or manual process to monitor or copy the Site or any contents or information contained therein, unless You obtain Regalodge prior express written consent. You agree that You will not through any means interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site. You agree that You will not provide to Regalodge and/or to this Site: (i) any viruses, worms, time bombs, and/or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, data or information; and (ii) any content that may create liability for Regalodge or cause Regalodge to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our suppliers.


Charge & Payment

Please be advise, after we receiving your on-line reservation, our Reservations Department will contact you via email or by phone or either by fax within maximum 72 hours prior to the date of reservation regarding room availability. For guaranteed reservations, a 72-hours notice (3 days before arrival date) of cancellation is required or room will be billed to credit card number for 1 night penalty.

In the case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

An unexpected departure after check-in (short stay), a charge of 1 night is applicable on the balance< if the unused length of stay.

In the case of peak season period / numbers of room reserved are 5 and above, you are required to guarantee your reservation, in order to confirm.

For non confirm reservations, if without guarantee your reservation in time, the reservations will be general canceled 7 days prior to the day of arrival.

Kindly be advised that any refund due shall be credited to your credit card statement within thirty (30) days from the date of submitting the documents for processing.

The displayed totals are estimates only and do not include any additional charges that may be incurred at the hotel. The actual total will be calculated by the hotel in its local currency, based on the local taxes and currency exchange rate (if applicable) in effect at the time charging occurs.

Amendments & Cancellation

Any amendments of arrival/departure date is considered a cancellation. Amendments or cancellation of your reservation please email us or contact us by phone or either by fax. Please note that, Non guarantee reservations will be general canceled after 6 pm local time on the day of arrival. For guarantee reservations, the time for canceling without penalty is before (72 hours) 1 day prior to day of arrival. If you cancel, the forfeiture amount will be a 1 night penalty.

Bed configurations

Please note that specific bedding configuration are not able to be guaranteed until the time of check in. Although the Hotel is not in a position to guarantee any particular bedding configuration, we will endeavor to meet all guest requests.


Privacy

Regalodge may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, as requested by other government or law enforcement authority, or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable including, without limitation, to protect the rights or properties of Regalodge when we have reason to believe that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing interference with our rights or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise, or when anyone else could be harmed by such activities.


General Terms

You are responsible for the cost of any externally arranged entertainment, services or activities and ensuring that any necessary statutory obligations and requirements specified by the Hotel’s management are complied with. The Hotel reserves the right to approve all such arrangements. In addition the Hotel must comply with certain licensing and statutory regulations and expects you to fulfill the obligations in this respect.

No Durian(s)may be brought into the Hotel for consumption and No pet(s) are allow in the Hotel.

You required to seek consultation with the management before fixing items to walls, floors and ceilings, or using any form of electric equipment. Should the Hotel be required by you to supply mechanical/electrical equipment to use at the hotel/guest room, then you shall indemnify the Hotel against any claims resulting from damage to property or from death or injury to any individuals appointed by you, or your contractor in using the said equipment, unless such damage, death, or injury is caused by the negligence or willful act or omission of the Hotel or its employees.

All guest rooms has been express regulations by the hotel for certain maximum person in per room. If exceeded the amount of maximum person in the room, you are required to pay extra charges OR to change others suitable room.


Health & Safety

The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to property owned by, or in the custody of the its guests, employees, agents or others. You are advised to arrange adequate insurance cover. In room Safe deposit box are available to store your valuable belongings.

Regalodge may at any time modify these Terms, and Your continued use of this Site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of Your use. Accordingly, You agree to review these Terms periodically, and Your continued access, use and/or posting on this Site shall be deemed Your acceptance of the changed Terms.
